RESC Corp believes in conducting business with a sense of integrity and concern for its clients.  RESC Corp assures its clients that it and its principals:

• Have no stock ownership in any Federally insured depository institutions.

• Are not, nor have been, directors or officers of an insured depository institution or depository institution holding company

• Have not had any instance in which there was a default or return of property resulting in a loss by an insured depository institution

• Are not involved in any lawsuits with any entity

• Have no unsatisfied judgements.

RESC Corp as a responsible contractor, carries a variety of insurance coverages to insure uninterrupted operations and to protect its clients.

Property Management

The Company and its principals are dedicated to delivering to every project its complete experience and background to maximize its value and serve the owners. With over 45 total years of development, construction, management and consulting background, the Company can provide experienced professional management to include; a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors to analyze costs, budgets and taxes; and an environmental consultant to review regulatory compliance; and management experience in construction and development. Return on investment, cost budgets, tax implications and market factors are analyzed and communicated to the client in an understandable format. This allows each client and owner to understand their property in relation to their specific needs and investment criteria.
